Harkila Saxnäs GTX Women

The Saxnäs GTX Women boots weigh only around 580 g per boot, despite their robust, hardwearing leather construction. They have a medium-length, 6”/15 cm shaft and a last especially designed for women. The boots are explicitly tailored to the shape of women’s feet and are not just smaller versions of the men’s model. The Saxnäs GTX Women boots feature a waterproof GORE-TEX Sierra membrane. During manufacture, all boot membranes are tested in a waterbath, to ensure they are waterproof. We then perform a 30-minute centrifuge test on a 5% sample of total boot production, as a further guarantee that the membrane is of the highest possible quality. The boot’s upper is made from nubuck leather and the soles are stiff Vibram®, for the support you need when in the mountains and on rocky terrain. They are reinforced with full-length rands made from an extra robust material.
